The HR Business Partner serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The HR Business Partners role will incorporate recruitment, employee relations. learning and development, performance management, The successful HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent. The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. The typical salary range for a HR Business Partner is €45,000 – 60,000.
