A Custody Operations Administrator is responsible for processing of trade documents and cash ensuring it is received within the agreed timelines. The role involves monitoring the custody system on a regular basis, including entering non-trade transactions on a monthly basis. One needs to compile reports to Head of Banking and Custody for trade Processing, including pending trades, reconciliations and identifying any areas for improvement.
