The Custody Client Account Manager is responsible for the preparation of supporting documentation of trades. One must have good analytical skills to investigate and resolve reconciliation items which occur between the statements received from administrators. The custody Client Account Manager will need to liaise with the Custody cash teams to ensure the payment of subscription funds, in addition query the delay of redemption proceeds with Fund Administrators to ensure timely settlement of trades. Support will need to be given to the Client Management Team and offshore sub-teams on an on-going basis to review, action and resolve any queries in a timely manner.
