Client Services
Client Services is at the heart of everything a bank does. Generally reporting to a Relationship Manager or Relationship Director a Client Service Executive will deal with large business/corporate customers day-to-day transactional banking enquiries quickly and efficiently. Typically a Client Service Associate will specialise in one or more of the following areas: lending operations, cash management, risk management, trade solutions, credit cards and payment services or investment banking.
