This Healthcare Sales Recruitment are working in partnership with a well established lens manufacturer who are seeking to recruit a Regional Manager for a full time vacancy. Our client is recognised as a well established distributor of series of well established brands that are a trusted name in the industry. They are expanding their strategy into Ireland and are looking for a Business developer to help grow this division and ultimately be responsible for its operational growth. Based from home you will be responsible for all diary and territory management tasks to effectively meet the objectives for your region. The region consists of the whole of the republic of Ireland and your clients will consist of high street optical retailers who will be a mix of existing accounts and new business. The role will involve the detailing of new products and marketing initiatives to the account base, negotiation of pricing within agreed company guidelines and ensuring an effective marketing plan is developed. This role provides an outstanding opportunity for a sales professional from either the pharmaceutical / medical or healthcare sector looking to develop a career within a well established company. Alternatively, due to the clients core values, which are based on understanding the professionals needs and requirements, we would welcome applications from ophthalmic professionals, Dispensing Opticians, retail managers who are focused on attaining their first business to business sales role, whilst utilizing their technical knowledge. In addition you will demonstrate a strong employment history with natural career progression with the ability to highlight and draw upon key career achievements. It is essential that applicants possess excellent communication skills and are comfortable working in a results driven market. Consequently, key personality traits such as tenacity, determination and an entrepreneurial flair is highly desired.
