MANUFACTURING SUPERVISOR BRAY


BRAY MANUFACTURING COMPANY REQ A AREA SUPERVISOR TO PROVIDE LEADERSHIP TO MACHINING STAFF


THE POSITION


- Lead around 8 CNC operators to achieving production targets
- Control quality output of the department ensuring strict quality standards are met
- Program, set and perform basic maintenance to CNC production equipment
- Complete the required documentation as outlined by ISO standards
- Rotating shift work  and willingness to work overtime if required
- Train and up skill staff to the required level
- Fluent English and proven ability to lead a multinational work force is required

 

THE SKILLS


- Proven track record of motivating staff to achieve quality and performance targets
- Strong hands on skills with CNC milling machines
- Good attention to details and knowledge around ISO standards
- Flexibility relating to shift work and overtime
- Ability and willingness to pick up new skills
