A LEADING AUTOMATION COMPANY REQUIRES A  EXPERIENCED CALIBRATION TECHNICIAN WITH 2 YEARS WORKING IN INDUSTRY.
THIS ROLE INVOLVES WORKING WITHIN DUBLIN AND THE LEINSTER REGION.

As Calibration Technician you will be responsible for the Setup, calibration, and troubleshooting of temperature, pressure, flow, humidity, level, density, viscosity instrumentation, pH and conductivity analysers and control valves.

Duties:

• Ensure stock levels of all spare parts are kept to specified quantities.
• Maintain all documentation in an organised and controlled manner in compliance with GAMP and FDA.
• Work with utilities teams as required to facilitate calibration activities,
• Develop and implement systems for scheduling and documenting the performance of calibration activities.
• Trend and analyse performance data to evaluate the effectiveness of calibration systems.

Education and Experience

• City & Guilds 225 Parts 1, 2 & 3, or Diploma in Industrial Automation & Controls or Applied Physics and Instrumentation
• Ideally at least 2 years industry experience
• A good knowledge of Calibration Systems and Automation/Controls system.
• Literacy in Computer Operating Systems and applications such as Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint etc.
• Possess excellent Communication / Documentation and Interpersonal skills
• Flexibility
