You are a key individual contributor who will lead process and equipment optimisation, with responsibility to develop and implement improvement initiatives in the areas of cost reduction, process efficiency and operational excellence. You will provide dynamic technical support to the Production Team Leaders for process/equipment optimisation and troubleshooting. Using strong innovation skills you will engage with cross functional teams to promote and achieve results in continuous improvement activities in a lean manufacturing environment.

5 years experience in pharmaceutical solid dosage form manufacturing.

Bachelors or postgraduate degree in Chemical or Process engineering or a Science related discipline.

Ability to communicate and work effectively in a cross functional environment.

Proven Project Management skills in a lean manufacturing environment.

Experience in R&D, and/or scale-up experience would be considered an advantage.
