Team Manager required for Kerry based Company

Duties:

• Provides leadership, support and development to members of the team in order to deliver the service and sales targets efficiently.
• Consistent development & encouragement of a strong Quality Customer Focus, Sales Focus and Positive, Motivated Team Attitude
• Co-ordinates and builds on the strengths of the team members in such a way that drives optimum performance.
• Oversees and manages the day-to-day activity and workload of the team ensuring it is organised in an efficient and effective way.
• Create a learning environment to ensure the transfer and communication of knowledge and insights occur.
• Act as a point of referral for complex and escalated queries.
• Escalate any serious Customer Issues to the Operations Manager.
• Liaise with IT, HR, and Training when necessary.
• Maintain procedural documentation for each customer.
• Proactively manage team members' performance, define and monitor individual development plan.
• Identify areas for improvement
• Co-ordinates the Training & Development of any new recruits to the Team
• Leads or participates in ad-hoc Call Centre Project or any other tasks assigned to you by the Client Manager.
• Carry through Quality principles in all aspects of the Team Leader role.
• candidate will ideally Have very strong People Management/Team Leadership skills in a Call Centre Environment (preferably within the utilities industry) Be an excellent communicator and have strong interpersonal skills.
