Our client, a global leader in the I.T market are looking to recruit a Danish Technical Support Engineer for their operation in Cork. 

They are looking to recruit a native Danish Engineer, to provide technical support to clients and customers.

The successful candidates will be required to follow standard diagnostic procedures with an emphasis on handling the most frequently asked questions as quickly and effectively as possible, recognise more complex problems and escalate accordingly.

Requirements

• To provide basic to moderately complex support to customers on the companys products, systems, peripherals and software
  
• Logging of calls from customers onto an their database and following escalation procedures to resolve problems or issues.
  
• To provide and maintain strong, professional relationships with all of the clients customers and show empathy for the customers at all times
  
• Be a native language speaker as appropriate with fluent English
  
• Be a confident and enthusiastic communicator
  
• Have strong organisational and administrative skills
  
• Experience is not essential but previous expereince in an IT Tech Support or Customer Services role wold be an advantage 
  
• Previous call centre experience
  
• Minimum Leaving Certificate or similar High School certification
