Our client, based in the heart of Dublin city is a highly successful and innovative Financial Institution. They are currently seeking to appoint a Defined Benefit Team Manager. Reporting to a Business Unit Leader, the primary purpose of the role will be to lead and develop a team of professional, well trained and highly motivated people and to deliver services to clients.

 
The key responsibilities will be to:

• Manage a Defined Benefit team delivering the highest level of service to clients consistent with their expectations
• Provide day-to-day support, leadership and motivation to team members
• Provide support and guidance to team members on technical issues
• Identify and encourage skills and career development and ensure that team members are adequately trained for their roles
• Seek opportunities to continuously improve levels of satisfaction amongst team members
• Support the Business Unit Leader in achieving the business goals of the division
• Support the Client Manager and Retirement colleagues in retaining and developing clients
• Implement continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness

If you would like to be considered for this role, you should have:

• Previous Defined Benefit Pension Administration experience
• A proven capability of managing and motivating people
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• A high level of organisational skills
