DESCRIPTION

Applications are invited for the temporary opportunity (6 months) of Auditor within the Quality Compliance Department. Reporting to the Compliance Supervisor the successful candidate will be responsible for accessing compliance through auditing and management of the site Corrective Action and Preventive Action (CAPA) system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage the internal and external audit programme including conducting audits and preparing audit reports.

• Communicate GMP deficiencies internally and externally in a timely manner.

• Manage the vendor programme which includes contractors, laboratories, raw material suppliers and calibration vendors for compliance

• Manage and report on the corrective action tracking system to ensure closure of deficiencies in a timely manner

• Facilitate with regulatory and customer audits on site.

• Assist in the management and reporting of vendor non-conformances.

• Maintain high standard of record keeping.

• Participate or lead continuous improvement projects as required.

• Ensure adherence with best health and safety practices.

REQUIREMENTS

• A third level qualification in a science discipline is required.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in the pharmaceutical industry (2-5).
• Previous Auditing Experience required.
• Travel required both within and outside of Ireland
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and current industry requirements.
• Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good report writing skills and excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
