Sigmar, Ireland's leading Recruitment Company, recruit across all industry sectors and are currently sourcing for a new Consultant to join the Technical / Science Engineering division of its Dublin Office in Merrion Street, Dublin 2. As a result of our culture, Sigmar has experienced very low turnover in staff. The technical division is very ambitious and seeks to recruit business professionals who share the same drive. It is essential we recruit to fit to our team driven culture in order to ensure that this consistency of staff and of service remains intact.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Building and managing relationships with high profile clients
• Ensuring that their recruitment requirements are met through
o Staffing (screening CVs/Interviewing, etc)
o Marketing (Brand Management, PR, Advertising)
o Sales (Working to achievable targets, and within a commission based structure.)
o Relationship Management (Managing relationships with both client companies and client candidates.)
• Contributing towards the continued development of the team
• Striving to find improve processes and customer focused initiatives
• Maintaining relevant documentation and systems to ensure transparency and utilisation of data for further recruitment initiatives

SKILLS
• 3rd Level Science/ Engineering qualification or equivalent
• A drive to develop business and sales
• High level of integrity and honesty to work closely with confidential clients
• Excellent Communication skills
• Excellent negotiation and problem solving skills
