A Multinational Mail Room Equiptment Company are seeking an Account Manager to generate equipment & mailroom solution sales to new and existing clients within the Munster sales territory.

The sucessful candidate will be responsible of generating equipment & mailroom solution sales to new and existing clients within the Munster sales territory.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop new business and manage current client base
    Maximise all sales opportunities through influencing and negotiating with prospective customers operating in the SME / Corporate market in Munster and manage the existing relationships with the Company's current customer base

 

 

  • Achieve new business targets and cross sell to our current base
    Ensure that all potential opportunities for our product range & services are developed with our existing customer base as well as prospective customers.

 

 

  • Create and maintain a professional working relationship with your customers and prospects.

  • Achieve a set level of weekly / monthly appointments with companies in your area.

  • Respond to all request/queries generated by the Company by conducting site visits

 

  • To manage the Company's sales process and action all leads

  • Complete all follow up tasks and provide the highest standard of Customer service

  • Operate all computerised and manual systems effectively
    Ensure accurate data input, update and amendment to our CRM, Sales & Order databases - Business Base.

  • All sales staff who operate remotely from the office are set up with a "Home Office" and do have a direct VPN link to our server

 

  • Maintain up to date product reference material and record all relevant changes within own working environment
    Attend relevant product update/training sessions and regular sales meetings with Sales Management
    Maintain personal & Company product reference materials / presentation files.

 

 

 

Skill Set/Attributes:

 

  • "Hunter" sales profile

 

 

  • At least 3 years field sales experience

 

 

  • Office Equipment background would be an advantage

 

 

  • IT skills - ability to use standard Windows Office applications, Word/Excel/PowerPoint etc

 

 

  • Strong ability to communicate with senior management within Client organisations.

 

 

  • High levels of self-motivation, resilience, drive and initiative.

 

 

  • Outgoing personality with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and prospective clients

 

 

  • Ability to create sales opportunities and follow them through to contract stage

 

 

  • High level of sales skills - a good business developer with excellent problem solving ability

 

 

  • Ability to work under pressure of achieving targets.

 

 

  • Good listening, verbal and written communication & presentation skills

 

 

  • Good Organisation skills.

 

 

  • Ability to contribute and work well with an existing strong & effective Sales & Marketing team. - 24 staff

 

 

  • Full and clean driver's licence
