Learning and Development Specialist (Funds)
Our client delivers Fund Administration Services for many of the world's most sophisticated mutual funds, investment managers, banks and insurance companies. They are currently looking to recruit a Funds Learning and Development Specialist.
This is an exciting opportunity for either an established trainer within the funds industry or an experienced funds professional who wishes to focus their career into the area of learning and development.
What the job involves?
• Designing, developing and delivering a wide range of training programmes
• Coordinating and delivering training sessions both locally and throughout Europe
• Providing coaching to new employees and managers during the BBH induction process
Skills/ Qualifications required:
The ideal candidate should have a finance related degree with roughly 3 years fund accounting experience. Some experience in delivering training and coaching would be desirable.
