Our client seeks an experienced PA to offer support to the Senior Management team.

 

The Role:

  • Provide Administrative support to company directors including secretarial support and diary management
  • Screen telephone Calls and enquiries
  • Preparing Reports and Powerpoint presentations
  • Booking flights, accomodation, couriers and taxis
  • Maintaining an efficient filing system

 

Personal Attributes Required:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a Personal Assistant role
  • Excellent secretarial and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good working knmowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
