Oracle Datawarehouse, BI & Reporting Team Leader required immediately for Dublin based Multinational

DUTIES:

1. Translate the Functional and Non Functional requirements into High Level Design and conceptualizing the technical aspects of the solution.
2. Determining technical feasibility, solution delivery, and risks in execution of the project.
3. Handle the scope and change management.
4. Ensuring seamless process flow in working with IT staff, Requirement analyst, Data modeler, QA and the development team.
5. Administering and managing the Project Plan schedule to deliver the project on-time, on-budget and best of quality.

6. Handle the staffing on the project to ensure that the team has right balance of people to deliver as per expectation.

SKILLS / EXP:

Required Skills :

 Experience in leading BI end-to-end solution.
 Experience of leading team of 7 .
 Experience in designing BI solutions, from the Business Requirements Level through High Level Design, Low Level Design, Development and Testing.
 Experience in the BI tools in the context of the above.
 Experience in any ETL tool/Reporting tool (Preferable OWB/OBIEE).
 Experience in handling team at multi location.
 Very good communication skill.

 College Degree required in computer science or engineering
 Strong technology background with a minimum of 5 years experience in the BI domain.

 Knowledge with source and version control products (CVS / PVCS) an advantage
