Reconciliations Support Supervisors required for permanent positions  -Cork based!

  1. Ensure that staff are adhering to appropriate quality standards.
  2. Ensure agreed 'Key Performance Indicators' are achieved and exceeded where possible
  3. Work with administrators and other team members to resolve issues and generally lift the skill levels within the team.
  4. Regular review of company policies/procedures and notification of any operational inconsistencies or where documentation needs to be updated.
  5. Identify and communicate any training and development needs to your Assistant Manager
  6. Manage both upward and downwards communication
  7. Adhere to agreed deadlines and immediately communicate potential delays to Assistant manager.
  8. Communicate any training requirements to Assistant Manager.

    Skills/Knowledge
  • Must have experience in the fund administration business.
  • AT least 12 to 18 months supervisory experience
  • Strong clerical skills with particular focus on accuracy, attention to detail, organization and keyboard skills.
  • Numerate and analytical with proficiency in using email, spreadsheet and other office administration systems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Professional approach to work and personal appearance.
  •  Relevant academic qualification or experience working on reconciliations and data processing.
