A Supply chain analyst is required for the Dublin West area for a candidate with an excellent knowledge of the retail and Telecom industry.

Purpose

The control of cost and quality of equipment and services within a dep. of the Technology department.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee, liaising with the Procurement function, the allocation of vendor contracts ensuring value for money with the best possible quality.
• Lead the negotiations with all third party companies in the area of cost and quality. 
• Create and maintain a system for the on-going measurement of contractor quality and performance against agreed SLAs. 
• Ensure the PO and Receipting is followed and completed in a timely manner. 
• Monitor the accuracy and maintenance of the forecasting process and update vendors as appropriate. 
• Assist in preparing budgets for transmission Construction and Design elements
  

Profile

• Requires 3 to 5 years relevant experience.
• The role will be pivotal within the AND function often acting as the communication conduit between internal and external resources.
• Covers a wide range of activities that require evaluative judgments based on analysis of factual and qualitative information.
• Significant contact across the AND function in order to ensure the contracts reflect the latest requirements.
