Assistant Duty Manager:

 To deliver sales targets, and assist the Store manager in running an efficient, well-organized store within set budgets in order to achieve optimum profitability.

- To ensure that the Store team upholds the image and to act as an ambassador for the company
- To promote high levels of service to our customers,

- Adapt personal, interpersonal and managerial behavior to bring out the best in people and enhance the company values.

- Build and manage key partnerships to achieve short term operational goals and long term strategic goals
fair and trustworthy and demonstrate an enthusiasm and passion for the company

- Maximizing loyalty through service, product knowledge & sales

- Adhering to company systems, processes & procedures

- Ensuring the store is a welcoming and safe environment for both staff and customers

Key Responsibilities - Assistant Manager:
- Experience of working in assistant store management position within a retail environment
- Sales and KPI focus
- Excellent communication and inter personal skills
- Strong brand identification
- Exceptional customer service focus
- Leadership skills and ability to develop, coach and motivate a team
- Personal accountability and integrity
- Resilience and determination to succeed
- The ability to make decisions and use initiative
