Global client has immediate contracts available for experienced customer service agents.

Applicants must speak fluent Dutch with English, with 1-2 years customer service experience.

Based in Cork city.

MAIN DUTIES:

  • Assist customers with answering their questions and help them place an order.
  • Advise all customers on features and benefits of products available to them.
  • Investigate customer issues by liaising with other departments.
  • Always keep customers update on how thier order is being processed.

 

EXPERIENCE:

  • Applicants must have 1-2 years Customer service experience.
  • Fluency in both English and Dutch is essential - written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work in a target driven environment.
  • Computer literate.
