A leading financical company, IFSC are seeking a part time receptionist

Working 2 days a week this role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced candidate who would like to work within a professional environment on a part time basis.  Based on front desk reception this role includes

  • Answering calls and transferring calls
  • Managing a busy switch 170 lines
  • Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
  • Dealing with and booking meeting rooms and board rooms
  • Dealing with deliveries

 

Salary will be €12K and full benefits will be included
