Financial Services Claims Manager Salary €40 - €60K OTE Based in West Dublin our client offers their customers low cost insurance they have ensured the market remains competitive. They have an excellent reputation across customer service, value for money and innovation. With a large portfolio of products across both private and commercial lines they are now seeking a Financial Services Manager to head up their driven and successful team. Reporting to the Senior Claims Manager the FS Claims Manager you will be managing approximately 40 staff both internal and external to include Assistant Managers to achieve competitive targets. The ideal person for this role will have at least 5 years management experience in either a Telecommunications, Financial Services, Sales or Insurance role. A proven track record in working in a target driven environment is essential and you should be able to provide examples of this. You will have ambition and determination to motivate and develop your team to achieve targets and provide excellent customer service.
