My client a large MNC based in Blanchardstown have the above vacancy for candidates with the relevant skills and experience. Within this role you will manage a small team and ideally also be coming from MNC and it would be an advantage if you have managed 3rd party vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervises country payroll specialists who are involved in compiling, recording and analyzing routine payroll transactions.
• Ensures that payroll department short-term goals are met.
• Supervises a group of employees who have similar functional responsibilities of an administrative or operational nature.
• Assigns tasks, reviews work and completes appraisals
• Ensures projects are on-schedule and within budget
• Exposure to the budgetary processes.

REQUIREMENTS

• Supervisory experience in a shared service centre environment
• Experience of managing a 3rd party vendor
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Payroll, Accounting or HR in a multinational environment
• Business studies or Accounting qualification
• Payroll qualification an advantage
