TECHNICAL PRODUCT SPECIALIST

Multinational Company seeks Product Specialists coming from a Science background with experience in providing technical support to Biochemists, Immunologists, Clinical Chemists or other Scientific Laboratory units and also providing Customers with Technical Support.

Duties will include some of the following and full training with be provided

• Provide solutions to technical issues related to Clinical Chemistry instruments.
• Corrective Action Process.
• Customer complaints and enquiries.
• Experimental design and laboratory studies to aid in problem resolution.
• Development of processes to improve troubleshooting efficiency.
• Attendance at customer sites to discuss and resolve issues.
• Maintenance of Documentation / GMP / SOPs 
• Checking and release of new products
• Preparation, control, validation and release of translation of software and manuals, including field evaluation.
• Revision of spare parts lists, instrument peripherals lists, recommended parts lists, maintenance kits.
• Revision of technical documentation.
• Providing training to internal/external groups a required.

Requirements:

• Team working within the group of specialists and in cross-functional groups.
• Provision of internal and external customer satisfaction by striving to improve service quality.
• Ability to explain technical issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must have a comprehensive knowledge in any relevant technical field.
• Must have good knowledge of English language.
