Senior Estimator

Our client is looking for a Senior Civil Estimator to join their team.  

Ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years experience in a similar position (Civil experience is essential). You will have excellent communication and negotiating skills with a proven record working on major projects within the Irish industry. You will work well as part of a team as well as work well on your own initiative.

You will be responsible for:

  • preparation and subsequent negotiation of tenders for civil projects
  • sourcing pre-project information and analyzing sub-contractor quotations and agreements
  • pricing contract packages
  • examine all incoming tenders and review contract potential, etc,
  • produce a price and final summary sheet for review
  • pre contract interviews, client meetings, pricing contracts, and compiling tenders
