One of the leading funds companies in Dublin is looking to recruit and Learning and Development Specialist within FUNDS

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone within funds to develop their own career and do something completely different while at the same utilizing their skills and experience gained to date

The role;

  • Working with business managers to assess training needs for the Dublin office, and the European region
  • Conducting course research in collaboration with business managers and the global training team
  • Designing training activities and material
  • Coordinating and delivering training sessions both locally and throughout Europe
  • Ensuring timely coordination of training logistics and material, including training documentation and course evaluations.
  • Performing course evaluations and implementing enhancements to programmes
  • Ensuring that the Dublin training plan and declaration are submitted in a timely manner
  • Providing coaching to new employees and managers during the induction process
  • Ensuring that the Dublin training plan and declaration are submitted in a timely manner.

Skills/Experience;

  • Strong facilitation and relationship management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • University degree, preferably in finance or business studies
  • Minimum of three years experience the funds industry is essential
  • Good technical understanding of financial instruments such as swaps, futures and options
  • Previous experience of delivering training and coaching is highly desirable
  • Ability to work as a team member in a client focused and quality-driven environment
