My client based in Swords and a leading MNC have the above vacancy for candidates studying towards their accountancy exams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for reporting within Shared Services
• Ensure all intercompany recharges received and raised are processed within the month
• Preparation of monthly account reconciliations including accruals and pre-payments.  Also, ensuring SOX compliance
• Responsible for posting monthly payroll journal and reconciling payroll accounts within the period
• Maintenance and reconciliation of fixed asset register on a monthly basis including review of fixed asset clearing account and ensuring assets are posted correctly. Apply depreciation rules and post depreciation on a monthly basis.
• Ensure month end reporting deadlines are met as per communicated timelines
• Provide monthly financial metric information to management team

REQUIREMENTS

• CIMA/ACCA part qualified (or equivalent), sound business knowledge. Good spreadsheet and database skills. Oracle knowledge advantageous. 2-3 years related experience in a similar shared services environment also advantageous.
