Our client is a leading financial services group in the Irish market, providing a comprehensive range of pensions, investments, protection, finance products and services to more than 250,000 clients.

Employing over 450 people in Dublin, Cork and Galway, our client has enjoyed exceptional growth in recent years and as a result is looking to recruit an Income Protection Business Development Manager to drive forward the development of  income protection partnerships with large general insurance brokerages.

As the Income Protection Business Development Manager you will work with a team of 5 Income Protection Account Executives and take responsibility for the development of new broker partnerships in the Leinster, Munster and Connaught regions as well as servicing and developing the relationships with an existing panel of 4 national and multinational brokers.


To succeed as the Income Protection Business Development Manager you will need a proven track record in business development within the General Insurance broker market.  Progression in the ACII qualification is also preferred.

This role comes with an excellent salary and benefits package including company car, laptop, mobile phone, DB pension and a competitive bonus structure.
