People Manager Required for Claims Department.

Our Client is Ireland's most innovative Insurance Company.  Since they began operations only 10 years ago they have undergone consistent, massive growth and are now the biggest provider of Commercial Insurance within the Republic of Ireland.

Their success is down to determination, hard work and ambition and they are looking to recruit a Claims (People) Manager with similar attributes for a rewarding career with genuine career prospects.


The successful Claims Manager will take full responsibility for the management of the Non-Litigation Claims process for Private Motor and Household business.  You will be responsible for the recruitment, management and performance of a team of 15 individuals.  This is primarily a people management position and as such Insurance Industry experience is not required. 

This will suit experienced Managers coming from very process or sales driven backgrounds who would like an opportunity to work with a company where hard work is rewarded and recognised.
