CHEMICAL LABORATORY TECHNICIAN - 3 SHIFT CYCLE, DAYS, EVENINGS, NIGHTS

Reporting to the Chemical Laboratory Supervisor the Lab Analyst or Analytical Chemists are responsible for all material testing in an IMB, GMP environment. HPLC and GC experience would be most beneficial and candidates may be required to undertake shiftwork depending on production demand and the appropriate shift allowance would apply. Production facility is based in Sligo.

Job Description:
The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include testing of raw materials, in-process, bulk shipments and finished products.

You will work with other team members to carry out internal calibration, assist in the validation process and work as part of our team of technicians in developing new working practices and standards.

Skills/Experience:
Previous laboratory experience is desirable especially in areas of wet chemistry and analytical techniques.

Experience of GMP, FDA/IMB controlled environments is preferable but not essential.

Also some knowledge of HPLC and GC is desirable.
