DYNAMIC AND PROGRESSIVE TOP 10 LAW FIRM


This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced solicitor to develop their career as a private client lawyer within a dynamic Top 10 law firm.

A progressive Dublin law firm is seeking an experienced solicitor within their established Private Client Department.  This role involves a busy caseload of both contentious and non-contentious work. 

Required Experience

• Thorough knowledge of both contentious and non-contentious probate
• Drafting wills to include fixed trust and discretionary trust wills
• Drafting and registering Enduring Powers of Attorney
• Ability to advise on Capital Acquisitions Tax, Capital Gains Tax and Stamp Duty legislation

Personal Requirements

• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with a client on an individual basis
• Ability to work without supervision
