Rare opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Professional Support Lawyer to develop their career as head of the Knowledge Department within this Top 10 law firm.  The right candidate will be a qualified solicitor/barrister with experience in leading or supporting knowledge initiatives in a legal environment.

Description

• Managing the Knowledge Department and staff
• Developing systems and procedures to capture the knowledge of the firm's staff
• Responsibility for the professional development programme
• Working closely with partners and solicitors

Personal Requirements

• Strong leadership qualities along with organisational and project managements skills
• An ability to influence partners
• Strong negotiation and leadership qualities
• Good working knowledge of relevant IT programmes
