3-4 PQE Banking & Finance Solicitor

Leading full service law firm seeks an experienced solicitor with commercial / banking / finance related experience to join their Commercial Department. Candidates will report to the Head of Department.  Excellent opportunity to develop your banking career in a progressive and forward-thinking law firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate lending and acquisition financing
• Advise banks and borrowers regarding secured and unsecured bilateral and syndicated loans
• Other banking and finance work as required by the Commercial Team

Requirements

• Excellent academics
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to use initiative and work independently but also as part of a team
• Excellent commercial awareness
• Preferably with a background in a commercial law firm
