My client, is one of the most well established Insurance companies in Ireland. Due to continued expansion they are now recruiting Life Customer Service Administrators to join their life team. This will be focusing on existing Life business.

Main Responsibilities:     

• Being responsible for dealing with administration/processing of Insurance applications.
• Maintaining records on computer systems.
• Supporting the day-to day activities of the Team.
• General Administration.
• Follow up and advise new business customers on products and services where necessary.
• Amend/Alter existing Life Customer details on the in-house system.
• Follow up with Customers/Brokers efficiently where required

  
Ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in administration background where customer service was an essential factor.
• Previous experience in the insurance/financial/Banking industry.
• The ability to work as part of a team or own initiative to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Accuracy & attention to detail.
• Relevant qualification to the role/intention to complete  

The suitable candidate will be fully trained and encouraged to further their education by completing the Insurance Industry Exams which are subsidised by the Company.
