BUSINESS PRODUCTS AND INDUSTRY TRAINER - CITY CENTRE

Our client is a large financial funds company. They are looking for someone to design, development and delivery of range of training programmes across the European region.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform needs assessment and feed into the overall European Training plans
• Create course outline within structured instructional design methodology
• Conduct course research (collaboration with the business and global training team  and if necessary external benchmarking)
• Meet regularly with key stakeholders (business heads and line managers)
• Provide coaching to new starters and managers to help through  Induction process
• Handle all logistics regarding scheduling and delivery of courses.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degeee
• Competency to management/team leader level in Finance Industry
• Previous training experience-desirable
• Exceptional written and verbal communciation skills
• Ability to manage various projects at one time
