HR Change Manager


Our client is an ever expanding organisation in south Dublin. They are looking for someone who has experience with mergers, acquisitions or TUPE. The HR Business Partner will assist the Head of HR with establishing and implementing HR best practices and will be accountable for handling training, day to day employee issues (grievance & disciplinary) and supporting the Head of HR with major projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Create, develop and deliver training courses
• Effectively handle employee relations issues in line with the organisations policies and procedures.
• Effectively manage the relationships and TUPE throughout mergers and acquisitions.
• Assist with the appraisal and review process
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures
• Facilitate continuous development and improvement

Requirements:

• 8 years generalist HR experience, specialist experience in training, employee relations or reward is a plus
• CIPD qualified/Third level degree in HR/related discipline
• Strong experience of dealing with employee relations issues.  Experience with unions and industrial disputes is a plus
• Strong knowledge of compensation & benefits, in particular experience of harmonising terms and conditions
• Experience of transfer of undertakings regulations
