HR DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - CITY WEST

Our client works with entrepreneurial food retailers to provide the consumer with a food offer that is different and better. They are looking for a HR Development Manager to coordinate the development of the depot's human resources and HR practices with particular emphasis on improvement the culture and relationships in the depot.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting the Depot Manager to manage a culture development program in the depot.
• Coordinate company's interface with 3rd party facilitators.
• Co-ordinate approval of all vacancies arising.
• Carry out an ongoing strategic review of the depot's human resources against the resource plan requirements.
• In conjunction with the T&D Manager and the Depot Management Team manage the delivery of the programs.
• Working with the HR team to develop new HR initiatives within the company and supporting these initiatives as required

Requirements include:

• Minimum of 5 years experience at HR Manager level in a unionised environment.
• Degree-level qualification in HR Management or equivalent
• Full Driving Licence
• Leadership qualities
• Ability to problem-solve effectively
• Previous experience of Change Management
