My client, a global financial services growth company unmatched in its commitment to asset management and servicing, are looking for a International Organisational Development Specialist to enable managers to maximise the value and potential of employees.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting senior management by the analysis, design, delivery and evaluation of training to achieve business objectives.
• To proactively develop a well informed, enthusiastic and capable workforce through the use of various training methods and media to achieve learning objectives.
• Determine skills requirements and deliver short, medium and long term capability requirements for the business.
• Design and deliver training and coaching to support achievement of business targets.
• Acts as agent of change within business to ensure take-up of best practice
• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure learning and development activities are satisfactory

Requirements:

• Knowledge of organisational change, development and learning process.
• Skill in handling multiple task and prioritising
• Skill in facilitating meetings
• Experience planning and co-ordinating training activities
