IT RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - 12 MONTH CONTRACT

Our client is a large multinational financial organisation based in the City Centre. They are looking for a IT Recruitment Consultant to work with the HR Department and take full responsibility for IT Recruitment as the IT Department goes through expansion over the next 12 months.

Responsibilities include:

• You will be responsible for the end to end Recruitment process
• Negotiating rates with Recruitment agencies where necessary
• Prepare and present recruitment MIS to IT Managers
• Update IT Managers and IT Director on the progress of recruitment on a weekly basis
• Sourcing the candidates in the most cost effective manner
• Working with IT Managers and the HR Business Partner to identify the roles to be filled

Requirements:

• At least 4 years experience in IT Recruitment
•  An excellent understanding of the IT market
•  An excellent understanding of IT roles
• Knowledge of legislative & statutory issues
• Level A&B Psychometric Testing qualification an advantage.
