LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST - CITY CENTRE

Our client is a leading financial services company with over 580 employees. They are looking for someone to Facilitate the delivery of training & development solutions to enhance leadership and management competence levels within the organisation. 

Responsibilities include:

• Consult with team managers to identify business training and development requirements annually. 
• Design and conduct company training programs.
• Support the implementation of a Training & Development culture within the company.
• Work with local HR Management teams to implement a cohesive HRD approach
• Writes objectives for training programs that are linked to the operation/business strategy.
• Develop an evaluation strategy for each learning opportunity

Requirements:

• Primary Degree
• 5 years minimum, working in a Training & Development Environment.
• Presentation skills at an advanced level
• Instructional Techniques or Train the Trainer at an Advanced Level
• Proven track record with Training & Development Design & Delivery is a must.
• Coaching Techniques and styles at an advanced level.
