VP - Learning & Development Consultant

My client, a financial services company, based in the IFSC, are looking to recruit a Learning & Development Consultant.

Responsibilities:

 * Delivers core and advanced management programs from within the Global Curriculum across the region.
* Consults with business units on organisational development and change management issues. 
* Provides individual coaching for program participants and assists in the analysis of 360-degree feedback.
* Provides information to business unit management and employees on process and product offerings, including recommendations to address development needs and organisational issues at department/divisional level.
* Manages training schedules across the Irish businesses.
* Responsible for reporting on L&D initiatives across the Irish businesses.
* Builds and manages relationships with external providers (both global and regional providers).

Experience: 

* Bachelor's Degree with 7 years experience in corporate learning and development, Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
* Demonstrated proficiency in facilitation, coaching and feedback.
* Demonstrated relationship management skill.
* Demonstrated change management capabilities.
* Certification in a 360 feedback tool is desirable
* Ability to consult with varied levels of staff including senior management.
* Nationwide travel required.
* Strong appreciation of the Financial Services Industry.
