Compensation & Benefits Specialist

My client, based in Newbridge, are looking to recruit a Comp&Bens Specialist for a 12 month contract.

Responsibilities:

 Benchmarking, Design and Implementation 
 Responsible for the co ordination and analysis of a reward and recognition policy.
 Providing assistance to Managers and Site Leadership team  
 Provide Compensation expertise to hiring managers to ensure that candidates are offered a Compensation package in line with both internal and external benchmarks.
 Provide solutions to business managers in the area of compensation reviews for new and existing roles.
 Implement new C&B Programs required to support the business e.g. Shift Policy, time-in-lieu, bonus programs and job categories etc.
 Provide expertise in the implementation of a Performance Management System and embedding a Performance Management culture.
 Ensure that C&B continue to provide programs in line with business need, thereby constantly checking with business managers on the application of programs and practices.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience within a progressive HR environment preferably within a multinational setting
• Experience of Compensation and Benefit programs in attracting and retaining key skills   
• Have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, a HR Software system preferably VisualHR, CoreHR, SAPHR or PeopleSoft, Internet and Intranet usage
• Well developed conflict resolution and problem solving skills
