International Recruitment Consultant

Sigmar is one of the country's largest and most successful recruitment companies. Our Construction Division has enjoyed unprecedented growth over the last 2 years and now continues to grow inspite of market conditions. We are looking for an experienced international recruitment consultant to join this team.

The purpose of this role to to develop and manage a portfolio of international clients in the construction industry, as well as to develop a network of international and Irish based candidates in the construction industry.

Our consultants provide services from the start to the end of the recruitment process, including advertising of positions, screening candidates, co-ordination of interviews, etc and completion of references. We also provide advice and market information to both clients and candidates.

The Ideal candiadte will have:

• 1-2 years experience in recruitment, prefereably in construction recruitment
• Third level qualification
• Proven ability to develop and manage their own activity in recruitment
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility of their work
• Strong commercial awareness
• Excellent communication skills
