Market Research & Data Analyst - International Energy Supplier

 

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Work Marketing Team to identify research needs
  • Monitor changes in the energy industry and track market trends
  • Interrogation of the customer segmentation database, generating target files in consultation with Product Managers
  • Ensuring all data provided compiles with regulations.
  • Identification of customer segments and development of segmentation analysis
  • Identification and monitor competitors within the industry
  • Develop new segmentation approaches and methodologies to increase company understanding of its customer base and market.
  • Generation of operational reporting metrics to support and improve business processes
  • Work collaboratively with other groups and management on various projects

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Degree/Post-graduate degree in Marketing
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Market Research and/ or Data Segmentation Analyst experience
• Energy or Utility Industry experience is desirable
• High level of numeracy (spreadsheet and database analysis skills)
• High level of computer literacy
• Well developed writing, presentation and advocacy skills

 

Salary is circa €45-50 plus an excellent benefits package
