Do you have at least 3 years experience as a Legal executive within a Litigation team? Are you looking to make a move to one of the Top 5 law firms in Dublin?

The main duties of this role are as follows:

• Preparation of pleadings and other documents.
• Liaising with clients and dealing with queries as necessary.
• Liaising with and briefing counsel.
• Attending counsel
• Assisting during trials
• Preparing written reports and minutes of meetings.
• File and case management
• Legal research
• Debt Collection and the enforcement of judgements.


You will hold a relevant professional qualification and will have a strong knowledge fo the following:

• Debt collection process
• Electronic research and knowledge management systems
• Insolvency cases.

Salary: € Negotiable depending on experience
