PRODUCT MANAGER - FINANCIAL SERVICES - 70-88K

My Client, a leading Dublin based financial institution are looking for a Product Manager who would have overall responsibility for the success of an assigned portfolio of products in designated regions

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

• The development of selected consumer segments & products for these segments
• Value management of existing product portfolio throughout its regions
• Research, design, test & oversee the launch of new products
• Lead & manage direct & crossfunctional teams
• Continually monitor the performance of existing products & make amendments where necessary to achieve greater value
• Gain a thorough understanding of relevant products, markets & competitor activities
• Ensure product literature & materials are appropriate & comply with legislation
• Ultimate accountability for the success of designated product portfolio

Personal Attributes:

• 5 years experience in financial services - preferably the investment & protection sector
• Relevant Third Level Qualification
• Product development with Marketing/Sales experience
• Ability to work cross functionally across different departments
• Willing to take on a high level of responsibility and accountability
• Strong understanding of market products, dynamics & competitors
• Knowledge of financial regulatory processes
• Ability to communicate effectively over technical & non-technical issues
 
Salary: 70-88K - depending on experience PLUS package
