We are looking to recruit a target driven Manager for a store in Athlone. You must have at least 18 months experience.

• Information exchange is a significant feature of the job with a necessity to clarify information of a more complex nature.  There is a requirement for tact and diplomacy when dealing with others.
• Full supervisory responsibilities focusing on the leadership of people in all work activities - may include counselling employees on performance and contributing to employee pay decisions/changes.
• Proven  track record in leading a sales team in a competitive market. Results focused. Good motivator. Flexible.
• Requires 18 months relevant experience.
• Experience of developing new retail operations

• Knowledge of Sales skills, people motivation & coaching are vital to the job.
• Excellent leadership skills.
• In-depth knowledge of retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance targets and sales objectives .
• Ability to manage and develop multi disciplined teams
• Demonstrated understanding of the nature and importance of sales and customer service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Thorough Knowledge of our company goals, offers, position in the market & our competitor's offers.
