HR ADMINISTRATOR - HEALTHCARE

Our client is a private hospital located in Dublin South. They are looking for someone to join a dynamic and caring team of healthcare professionals. This is a 12month contract. They are looking for someone to assist in maintaining awareness of the Mission and values throughout the Hospital in relation to all HR activities.

Responsibilities include:

• General HR administration within the HR Department including HR related projects
• Compensation and Benefits administration
• To provide an administrative support in all aspects of the HR function within the hospital
• Support the HR Department in staff recruitment, selection and retention.
• Provide Recruitment and induction support; including the preparation of contracts of employment, reference checking, and updating of the recruitment database.
• Assist in the development and implementation of Training & Development initiatives and Health & Safety initiatives.

Requirements:

• Have previous HR Experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
• Good computer skills
• Two years relevant experience.
• Have undertaken further third level education relevant to the post
• Knowledge of employment law is desirable
