TRAINING LEAD

Are client is one of the world's leading pharmaceutical and healthcare products companies. The Training Lead is responsible for leading a team of training specialists and administration personnel to provide this support / service. This position is a 6 month contract.

Responsibilities include:

• Effectively design, develop and implement training interventions to help meet business goals and strategies.
• Lead a team of Training Specialists and Admin personnel in providing training support / services to a defined business group of PPU/FU.
• Coach and Mentor Specialists in the consistent execution of the training process
• Lead and participate in Training Systems and Processes improvement activities and teams.
• Manage and co-ordinate, in conjunction with other Leads and Training Specialists, training vendors on site to ensure effective, efficient, consistent and cost conscious training solutions are provided.

Requirements:

• A Primary Degree in one of the following disciplines; Training, Business, Manufacturing, Science or Engineering.
• A Professional qualification in Training or Development
• 3-5 years experience in a training/learning role in Business environment and significant experience / knowledge of the onsite training systems / process
• A minimum of 2 years Supervisory or Management experience
